Always drink responsibly
We all enjoy the odd tipple now and again, me included. But we aren’t all professional mixologists and sometimes paying £10.00 for a drink that mainly consists of ice and fancy garnishes doesn’t really appeal. But guess what?…”at-home” cocktails are all the rage (just check-out Pinterest) and they’re SUPER easy!
Keeping things classic with this second instalment to the “easy-peasy series” (check out No.1 here) with a delish G&T, suave and sophisticated but ultimately one of the easiest cocktails out there.

These quantities create the perfect amount for two drinks.
- 50ml of Hendricks Gin (or whatever gin of your choosing)
- 150ml of Indian tonic water
- cracked black pepper
- lemon slice & rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Simply measure-out the gin and pour over ice (already in your glass of choice). Slowly pour over required amount of tonic, maybe having a little sip if necessary.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh rosemary, this will make it look like you’re some major professional cocktail maker, for reals. In-fact it also adds a slight herbal taste which is yummy.
Topping it off with some cracked black pepper, this ties the flavour all in nicely bringing a slight savoury element.
The last and most important step…drink away and enjoy!
I told you it was so SIMPLE.
