Gösta – More info
Not only is tonic one of my chosen accompanies to a gin but it’s also one of my favourite parts to my skincare routine, especially after shaving. The tonic soothes the skin, closes pores whilst killing off bacteria left behind, this is so important because this majorly helps prevent ingrown hairs, which are a total nightmare.
The Gösta tonic is formulated with Witch-Hazel which of course helps with that bacteria and the inflamed razor burn. Aloe-Vera and Chamomile soothes and hydrates, whilst Rosemary Oil enhances and heals skins complexion.
Rosemary is the primary scent that comes from this tonic, creating a herby delight. Don’t worry once dried down the scent disappears.
How to use:
- After cleansing skin, or after shaving, pat dry face.
- Spray all over, especially in more oily areas.
- Swipe all over with a cotton pad, or wait for it to dry down.
- Use throughout the day for a refreshing mist.

My skin can often be temperamental to new moisturisers, however with this being so kind and sensitive to the skin I’ve seen no issues at all. I do however prefer to use this solely as a post-shave treatment, I feel that it fits best for me that way.
